Your Statutory Rights - Cooling-off Period


If you are dissatisfied with any of the goods we deliver we ask that you contact us within 24 hours of receiving them.

By law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of a boxed item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered to you. We regret that we also cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of any items where the item has been unsealed.

To cancel your boxed purchase under this cooling-off period, please contact us, details are on our contact us page, giving the reason for the return as "contract cancellation". Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you. The return address is given on this sites contact us page.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the boxed item to you in error, or if the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you after a "contract cancellation", we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.

As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge. We cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge. Confidentiality / Privacy Policy


We collect information from you when you purchase products to enable us to process your order and also to be able to get in touch with you in the rare event of any problems. We shall not knowingly disclose this information to any third party.

When you pay for goods and services with us, we do not collect or hold your credit or payment card details.

Any personal financial data that you submit as a part of any payment for our products is handled entirely by secure payment gateway providers, either WorldPay or Stripe using their secure servers. We cannot see your financial information.

Use of data


We need to obtain enough information to be able to invoice our customers and send these invoices either via mail or email.

Without the ability to invoice and speak to our customers to answer questions and provide support we cannot operate our business or trade.

These invoices are usually addressed to a department within a company or named persons within a company.

Customer data stored is received by phone, email or via our website.

Customer information contains the following fields, Name, Company name, First line address, Second line address, Third line address, Town, County, Postcode, Country.

We also hold telephone numbers and email addresses because we need to communicate with our customers. We also need to know customer email addresses and telephone numbers so that we can provide ongoing support.

We also sometimes need to send notifications and contact our customers to issue updates and provide important or essential information which relate to the products we sell.

We support either by email, phone or in person.

Suitability


No products that we sell are suitable for children under the age of 16 years old.

Extent of Liability


All goods sold on this site are carefully checked and tested. In no circumstances whatsoever shall the liability of any parties involved in the supply of products or services via this site exceed the invoice value of any goods supplied.
